I just received this Boker Tree Brand Classic #114474 stag stockman, which came in a 2-piece black box. Shield has SOLINGEN with no trademark symbol, and the pile side tang is stamped GERMANY over 440C STAINLESS. Thanks for any info.

That one is pretty modern. The black box it came in is the one Boker currently uses, as is the shield, and etching. Most likely made in the past few years.
