Hey all, I think im going to try carrying a small fix blade edc and see if i like it. Im looking at about a 3.25 to 3.5 inch blade. My main concern is that I have big hands and use my edc knife pretty hard often so I really need a proper 4 finger grip. So har im thinking the Bravo EDC, Northstar EDC or the LT Wright Pro Hunter Elite.
Im leaning the most toward the LT Wright because i really like the looks/style and according to the specs it would have a roughly 4.25 inch handle which is quite large. Also which KSF pocket sheath would fit those knifes the best?
Any help would be much appreciated.

The Bravo EDC's handle may be long enough; but I find the Mini Fox River to be more comfortable in use. The bit of extra height makes the difference. (Yes, the blade is shorter than you specified - my point was more that the handle of the Back EDC feels small).
For your blade length, I suggest the Rodent Solution(SwampRat KnifeWorks)...a 3.5 inch blade, with a 4.5 inch handle.

When I get home, I can post a comparison pic with the Bravo EDC and Rodent Solution. The RS doesn't come with a sheath; but the pocket sheath works great, and is a great value.

Your selection of knives looks pretty good. I have not owned or handled them myself.

I agree with the one poster about trying to hold one of these knives in person if you can before you buy one.

Best wishes to you!

Okay, here are a couple of pictures to show size comparison
First batch 2.9-3.5" blades (not exactly in order
from bottom to top
Mini Fox River, Bravo EDC, Rodent 3, BK24, and Rodent Solution

Second batch 3.5-3.75" blades (not in order of size)
again, bottom to top
Rodent Solution, Bark River Gunny, GWK M4, DW Childress, BACustom

Out of the three you listed, I can only vouch for the Bravo EDC as it is the only one I own, but I can't recommend it enough. Mine is rampless, with a drop point configuration. As for the pocket sheath, I ordered mine with the KSF Allegheny, and it fits just fine.

Ah crap - I just noticed that this was posted in Traditionals - my apologies, gentlemen.

wow thanks for all the replies guys, the pics help alot hmoore. I kind of wrote the gunny off as a much bigger knife before but im now considering it aswell. And there is a shop that carries the gunny and bravo edc but none of the others. any one you guys have any use with the new rising wolf? It looks to be almost exactly what im looking for but im still just not sure about the handle.

A little more comparison: Bravo 1-LT, Gunny, EDC, Mini Fox River

The Gunny's handle always felt small to me...until I got the EDC. Now I find myself liking the Gunny more than I used to, lol. Looking at this image, and then one above, may help put the EDC handle into perspective. (I just want to confirm that I laid the straight edge on the first line, and moved each knife back until it made contact)

I've not handled the Rising Wolf - but the new version apparently has a taller handle than earlier ones...wish I could give more info on it.

You have some beautiful knives!

Thank you.

I love the updated Rising Wolf. My hands are med/large and I can get four fingers around the handle, no problem. I find it to be a perfect EDC, and is all I need for hunting anything smaller than elk.

Two of my pocket EDC's are the Mini Fox River and the Essential. They both use the same sheaths.
Good luck in you search...so many to choose from.
