I asked this question myself just a few weeks back.
I decided to go with the Tops Tracker.
It has better steel and I thought it looked better, so I went for it.
I'm actually very pleased with the knife, but be warned, its blade is just over a 1/4" thick, so it weighs a ton! You get used to the weight pretty quickly though.
