[Help] Emerson old-style pivot screw

Hi everyone! I have an early Emerson Commander and lost the pivot screw. It is the domed, thin-slot style and I cannot find a replacement anywhere. The new pivot screws stick up significantly when used on these old knives and look out of place. I appreciate any information on how to get a replacement. Thanks!
