Ok so here's the deal, I completely understand that what I'm asking is dang near impossible, considering it was a bare bones Sebenza, but a few years ago I sold my first ever Sebenza 21 on eBay. It has sentimental value to me and I should have my ass kicked for selling it. Now I don't know how many Sebenzas are made on the same day but I have the birth certificate and pictures. So I'm hoping beyond hope that someone who reads this, bought a used Sebenza from eBay, with scratches on the blade and refurbished handles, with this exact birth certificate, and the green tape on the inside. And these are the same pictures it was listed on eBay with.
