Help Finding Name for Knife

Looking for a knife that either resembles or is of the drawing, but the photo is supposed to favor the drawing in some way

there’s an old spy book with a photo of what they called ‘messy knives’... that is what I’m looking for

What am I looking at??? Looks like human hair (with split ends). You want a knife that looks like hair?

I'm not sure what I'm looking at either, TBH. If I squint it looks like a dagger-ground blade, but is it a fixed blade with essentially no handle or is this just the blade of a folder (but no handle drawn in)?

That blade shape could be all sorts of knives. I think we're going to need more to go on. ;)

I think the handle is the rounded part at the bottom, trying to find this for someone so all I have to go off is the drawing

Sort of....Originally this was I think a spam posting intended to promote a couple strange Instagram or Tumblr or whatever it was pages.... thats been removed now...and all thats left is a bunch of weirdness
 
So....I take it this "knife" has been identified solely from the term "messy knife".
Still haven't seen the OP's actual photo (besides the hair one).
Unless everyone else is seeing it but I can't. lol
 
What's even more odd is that the original post was edited by a mod at 1:00 am last night. 🤔

And the now pic is gone.

Do we have an Area 51 for knives?? It wasn't a knife folks, it was only a weather balloon. Move along.....
 
The original picture was a fast drawing, but if you clicked on her tumblr name and scrolled down a couple of pics, she had the Rexrout version also. The drawing was done on a black background, with white lines, and was a bit fast, but it wasn't too off the lines of the HG Long 90's repro - https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/oss-cia-lapel-knife-sheath-g-long-co-1880501202 .No harm, no foul, hope she didn't get embarassed.

I'm sure that was no one's intent, certainly not mine. Just some good natured fun with the weirdness of this thread. Obviously, some of us saw a totally different picture than other members saw.
