What do you consider to be a "perfect" tactical folder?

I personally don't think there is such a thing - one of the reasons we keep looking for it! ;)

Some folks like folders with big handles...others go for slim (low profile) handles -
some like the Spydie Hole opening system...others prefer thumbstuds...others prefer a "wave"...

There are a heckuva lot of great tactical folders out there from Spyderco, Benchmade, Emerson, ZT, and other makers.

Getting a knife that's well made and that fits your hand well, is a good starting point.

Look at the Spyderco Endura with wave opener. Can be had around 60-70. Opens as you draw, ambidextrious lockback with steel liners... you can't lose.

As replies to your question increase, you'll find that there is no answer. Everyone has a different favorite. It's as much a matter of personality as knife quality. Go to the nearest knife show and brouse the field.
One thing that I have learned is that price and quality are not necessarily related.

Under $100 look at:

Kershaw Tyrade G10
Spyderco Manix 2
Benchmade Gritpilian

I like the Manix 2 best myself, but those 3 are all great knives and represent good values in that range.

It is really hard to beat the Spyderco Military.

Nice 4 inch S30V blade.

The handle feels great in the hand.

The liner lock is strong.

And it carries really well in the pocket (light and thin).

Plus how much more "tactical" can you get than with a knife called "Military"?

if you are serious about your tacticality and your fighting, then you'll pay more for a knife. none of the truly serious tactical fighters I know ever carry anything that cost less than six hundred dollars, and that's when they're slumming it.

there are certain restrictions that wont allow me to pay so much but thanks anyway it will be very useful in future:D

Anything with a wave gets my vote.
