Help fixing a blade please?

Hello. I have this knife with a lot of sentimental value. The very tip is broken off, and I would like to know how to fix it or where to get it fixed. Its only a tiny little piece.

It is a fixed blade with a wooden handle. I can get pictures if you think it would help.

If its less than 1/8 of an inch normal sharpening will restore it. This also depends on the blade thickness your sharpening tools and skill. A pic would help.

The 1/8" rule is pretty much true. I do Buck 110s all the time that only take one pass on a belt sander. If it is more than 1/8", it may be a little trickier.
