Help fixing my screw up on buying membership.

So I'm a retard.
I went to pay for my gold membership and used the automated system instead of using paypal or going throw the store,Like I should have being from Canada.

Anyhow it was declined do to my address not being in the USA. I would have been fine if it was declined and the funds were not removed. But the funds were taken out and I still don't have my membership.

Does anyone know who I can email or phone to get this worked out?

Any information would be very helpful.

Authorization hold. The funds are still there, your bank just put a hold on them. Give it a couple days and you'll be all set.
 
Is there anyway you can keep the 25$ and I can payapl the 5$ over to you for the gold membership spark?
 
No, because it's considered a decline on our end. The hold is at your bank, not with us.
