Help for a newbie with a BWM sheath

Hello, I got my BWM, my first Busse. I love it!!! Now it needs some quality pants for a superbly quality blade. But I don't know where to go to get what I want or who to get into communications with. Here's a pic of what I think I want:

I want a kydex drop-leg style, but with a quick detach belt loop. Which I could remove and use just a tec-lock if I so chose...any ideas? Is this even possible?

Only sheath I have like your pic is an Okuden drop leg and its just BOMB-PROOF! The belt attachment screws right off so you can add a teklok. It is the A-7T model: http://www.okuden.net/products/index.htm

The Okuden drop leg is a great sheath, but not exactly quick release, sa noted above. Contact steelnut through the forum, he can probably make what you want.

Mashed Cat or Okuden, are the way to go on Drop leg sheaths.:thumbup:

I love the Drain tube Eric does, very original idea.

Brian has been making great sheaths for years.

Both honorable men.

I do not do drop leg sheaths (thank you for the recommendation though), I really hate messing with straps.



I personally make my Exposed Spine Sheaths for large knives you want to carry on the strong side.

Otherwise I carry large blades cross draw like a sword.
