I begin by asking moderators to move the subject if it is not in his place. :o

I explain my problem...
I ordered on February 26 , and the order has not moved [processing]. I sent several email but no response from the seller .
Is it normal for almost three weeks it has not yet processed the order?

I live in France , I can understand that delivery is long. But is it normal that the package was not sent ?

I sent several emails with no response from the seller, it's really bad for me...
I do not know if we have to wait or open a paypal dispute to request a refund .

Go to the PP dispute page and make sure you know their procedures. Three weeks is about the time you could open a dispute. Has the company said anything about the delay?
 
Looking at the email from my last order, there was 11 days between the order and the email confirmation that the package was outgoing.
I believe Stuart is a one man operation...

Thank you for your answers, I will wait 45 days to leave the salesman treated my order. Unfortunately, the shop never answered.
Todds, so only Stuart brings the same treatment to each customer. He must be very occupied, but take the time to announce any delay reassures the customer and shows professionalism.

update the software, everything is ok. The order will be sent tomorrow. :thumbup:
