Can I carry an ESEE RC-3-MIL in a concealed manner or do I have to do so openly? Are there any knife length restrictions? What about knife type restrictions? Feel free to mention any other important infromation you may have. Thanks!

Geogia's law contains an extremely subjective standard about knives:
§ 16-11-126. Carrying a concealed weapon

(a) A person commits the offense of carrying a concealed weapon when such person knowingly has or carries about his or her person, unless in an open manner and fully exposed to view, any bludgeon, knuckles, whether made from metal, thermoplastic, wood, or other similar material, firearm, knife designed for the purpose of offense and defense, or any other dangerous or deadly weapon or instrument of like character outside of his or her home or place of business, except as permitted under this Code section.

I could not find any case law either way explaining whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. My own observation is it means knives specifically designed and marketed as being for fighting rather than utilitarian purposes. In my opinion the RC-3-MIL is a utility knife and it is marketed as a bush-craft and survival knife, and therefore should be legal. But it's not my opinion that matters, but rather than of your local police force. Also, be wary of local city laws, as they may be more specific.

Weapon Laws for Dummies

Yup, 308 would be a nice bill if passed.

But as of right now to be on the safe side anything over 3" in blade length is illegal, it doesn't even matter if your camping, though no one will really give a crap in your camping. But I read a post the other day of someone who went camping in Georgia and came back to decautur and went in a store with the knife still on his belt and the police arrested him and took him to jail till he could make bail. It wasn't any kind of huge bowie either, just a camp knife. He had a Conceal carry permit also with a gun, but they didn't even care about the gun at all, just the knife.

So, to sum it all up, while no one really checks your knives, if you do carry any knife over 3" in blade length, if you catch the cops on the wrong day, you could have a horrible day in store for you. Also, 2" is the maximum within 1000 feet of a school zone, and god knows how many school zones I drive through every day to and from work.

Pretty dumb huh, I wonder how many people in Georgia carry a buck 110, probably the single most popular knife around, which is illegal.

I AM NOT A LAWYER AND THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE

But this is what my research indicates.

The 3" limit applies only to cities and I have never seen any case law that establishes 3" as the maximum. The school limit applies only to school grounds.
