Help! Having trouble with Queen Cutlery

I sent my favorite EDC back to the Queen factory in Pennsylvania. The small cocobolo stockman's springs appeared to be weak and the shield did not sit flush upon purchase (eventually it fell out).

I sent the knife back to Queen per their suggestion over a month ago. I have yet to get a reply. I emailed them a week ago and have still not gotten a reply. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?

WOW, I am somewhat surprised, I sent back a knife for a new blade, and got it back in 8 days.
 
E-mails, the Internet, etc., can be a. . . .well. . . . goofy thing.


Give them a call. Talking with another human. . . .is so much nicer and you actually know that your message was received. :D
 
You should call them. Never assume that an e-mail message is received. Servers can go down, mail can get lost, the person assigned to read it may be out with hernia, etc. etc. etc. When you talk to a human, you at least know you connected.

I'll second that, when I sent my knife in, I called first and the young lady I spoke with was extremely nice and took care of it right away. I am not trusting enough of e-mail for things like this. I hope things get lined out, from past dealings with Queen I'm sure they will.

I hope you like it. I've had great luck with all my Queens, wonderful knives, steel, and heat treat!
