HELP: Houston Area Knifemaker!!

I was a Cubmaster a few years ago in the Ft. Worth area and took my Scouts to Gene Osborne's shop. Wow, what a great time. He took a blank piece of steel and cut, ground, buffed, etc and wound up with a knife. Nine of the boys bought knife kits and (with a lot of help) assembled knives they could call their own.

Anyway, I am a Cubmaster again in NW Houston and looking for someone else I can impose upon. Suggestions? Thanks
