Help: How to Remove Sebenza Lugs

I'm sort of surprised I couldn't find anything on my searches. I hope I haven't most the forest for the trees.

Are double lugs on a small Sebenza press fitted / friction fitted / i.e. NOT screwed together?

I'm looking to temporarily remove them so I can get a better flat surface on my Edge Pro.

I am pretty sure they are pressed in. If you get them out, you will have to replace them with something else, or send it back to CRK. BTW, there have been occasional reports of cracked blades when removing/replacing lugs...

they are a press fit and i wouldnt recommend taking them out

you should be able to sharpen with them there

Just drill 2 holes in your edgepro to accommodate the thumblugs..
