HeLP....I can't figure out how to get my avater or signature to work?

I have looked all through the profile section and looked around other places and just can't figure out where to load my avatar or signature. Could anyone please explain to my how to do this......Sorry to sound stupid, but I've been a member of many forums for many years....and I have figured one thing out....If u can't do it then ask someone who does................

You have to have a paid membership to have either of those features active.

A basic membership is $10 per year.
