Help, I don't know what happened

Help, I noticed yesterday that my name was no longer gold, although it showed me as a gold member. I also noticed my PMs were gone so i figured my membership ran out. I purchased a new gold membership today and now it is showing me as a registered user. I read in one of the other threads that it might take awhile so i will check tomorrow, but I was just wondering if there is any thing else I can do to remedy the situation? Thanks, Spike
 
I used paypal . It showed up in my paypal account, but no other email as of yet.
 
If you pay by PayPal then the change has to be made manually by the administrator. It may take a couple few days before he gets around to it. No worries. They'll get you fixed up.
 
It says to allow up to 72 hours for Spark to update you manually. That’s about what it took when I renewed my membership.
