Help! I lost my SAK Manager!

I seem to have permanently misplaced my SAK Manager

It was the original with the toothpick and not the pen. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyoone know where to find it online? I looked at KnifeCenter, CutleryShoppe, Skylands, Top of Texas, Grand Prairie, and on the Victorinox website but can't seem to find it.

I know that the Manager II is available, but I use the toothpick and not the pen. I don't want the thicker Mini Champ (besides, it has a pen too).

I have the Manager2, and I'm crzy about it. Outstanding key chain knife, although I don't use the pen much, I know it'll come in handy someday. RKBA!
 
After a quick search on the net I couldn't find it either, but in case it is no more available you can consider some close enough replacements. Please go to
http://www.swiss-knife.com and choose the advanced search option. Enter "small swiss-knife" for function, "Victorinox" for maker and "toothpick" for specific blade. You will get over 40 hits for cellidor handles alone with some low-medium sized models included.
I think the best small sized SAK is the "Rambler". I bought it several months ago after reading the enthusiastic reviews of 'mnblade' and other forumites (Thanks!). I agree 100 % with them. Very compact AND versatile and has toothpick too.
The "Ambassador" and the "Executive" are also good and the "Manager" on this site (probably Manager 2) has toothpick too. I think the toothpick provided goes into the place of the small pen, so you have 2 different carry options with this specific Manager model.
