I went to cutleryshop.com and just put my moms name in and adress and everything to test if it was sold out. I was waiting for them to ask for a credit card so i could leave but it didn't. It just went to the final page and said "Bill To:" and had all the info i typed in. Someone please tell me I didn't just accidentally order it. And if so, please tell me how to cancel!!!

If you didn't give any form of payment, then you probably didn't order one. If you did actually give your mom's credit card number (that would be pretty stupid to do without her permission...but I don't know you or her, so it would be unfair for me to form an opinion) then I would suggest letting her know so she can do something about it. Either that or get a job so you can start paying for it.

Maybe next time you could just give them a call to see if it's in stock. You might avoid some stress that way.

Thanks but I didn't enter any credit card numbers. The Bill To: thing just scared me. I don't think i ordered it and i went back and canceled it anyway if i did. I feel stupid now...

Chances are you didn't buy the BM42. If you don't give them any form of payment, I doubt they would send you jacksquat. Even if you did, there are still ways to cancel your order (assuming you wanted to

).

We've all done stupid things like accidently buying stuff. I remember going on vacation to California one time and accidently ordering a pay-per-view movie through the TV at a hotel. It was $12, and we had to check out about 10 minutes later. A couple of days later, I rented the movie for $1.30. Damn, I felt stupid.

Why didn't you just put in *your* name and address? Why did you have to use your mommys?

I'm guessing they live in the same house and she has a credit card and he doesn't.

Yes, but he wasn't going to enter a cc# anyways. Get it?

Next week! Lucky dog! I ordered mine the day befor yesterday for 135.99, with shipping, and they said it would be mid Feb, to early March. Wich reminds me, I'd better get thet money order in the mail!

So where did you order yours and how much? By the way, their are some sites that sell the 42 for 120, but charge an extra 20 for the sheath! The sheath comes with every knife from benchmade, and should be included with the knife no matter where you get it.

The sheath that comes with the BM42 is a POS. You're right, it should be free, and definitely not worth $20.

Im gettin mine for $120. But its used, I'm buyin it from somebody on the forum. Hey Harvie, where in VA do u live?

llXTheOneXll,

I live is this small town with one stop light, called Gretna. It is in south western Va, in Pittsylvania county. Gretna is half way between The cities of Lynchburg and Danville. The Norfok Southern RailRoad that divides the two blue colors on the Hunting manual deer season maps runs through town. The county is the largest in the state, is rectangular, and borders North Carolina. Thats the best way to explain it. I am asuming for the sake of getting it right the first time, that you live in the other end of the state and have never heard of Gretna. So if you live close enough to know of Gretna, don't be offended by the "Where I live, for dumies" directions.

So where do you live?

I am getting a MB 42 AS for $136 new, from www.1SKS.com that stands for one stop knife shop, not the china made rifle. Thats what I thought untill I went there. Sent the Money Order off today. by the way, does anyone have any bad experiences with 1SKS? Warn me if you do, please. And Thank You in advance.

you guys DEFINITELY dont look hard enough for your balisongs. Auctions are great and usually pretty cheap...also there are many many cheap stores on the net that have 42s for as low are $109. If you had the time to look u could all save like $25

Cpt. Howdy,
Thank you, I heard that they had been around for a while, for an internet company anyway. 9 years on the web I think. Are they just on line, or do they have a mail order catalog?

Waktasz,
I looked around, but don't have a credit card, so most auctions are out. And I did find a 42 for 110 or 120, but they wanted an extra 20 the sheath. The sheath comes with them from benchmade, so that means that the company was tampering with the origonal packaging, wich means they might be carless with some paperwork that should come with it. I'm paranoid by nature, so don't mind me. Just a thought

And I wouldrather pay the ten bucks, or twenty and be surethat they won't mess up and forgetme, or send it to some other state. What is peace of mind worth? It does not come as cheap to a paranoid person, trust me!

I'm not trying to argue, just explain myself. I am also new to online puchasing. So I'm sure you know more about the companies out there than I do.
