Hello guys I recently came across the opportunity to buy a buck knife but I dont know much about it. I think it's a buck strider because of the design, it uses ats-34, and has a paul bos stamp. But I have never seen this particular one before and can't find any info. Can someone please tell me what it is and possibly how much it is worth? Thanks all

I'v never seen one of those before but I havn't been collecting long. Someone here will know all about it I'm sure.

...It's a Buck Tac-Lite...They've been out of production for a while and, in my opinion, with the non-serrated ATS-34 blade and skeletonized handle they are a nice pocket carry...

( I like the holes in the handle to collect my pocket lint...:p )

I always thought those Tac lites were cool. The blade was a tad thick for my uses but other than that, it had all the bells and whistles...G-10 sides, ats-34blade steel, stuff like that. Hated to see them go.

thantos, Welcome . I couldn't help noticing your name . It isn't Spanish, were you trying for something close ? DM

Thanks for the help guys, I have looked up the tac-lite but still have not found the exact same model. @david martin actually the name thantos was a name of something in an old computer game I had a long time ago, I have used the screenname alot and neverfelt like changing it

Tac-Lite...didn't kit carson have a hand in it?
had much fun with the anti-disengagement locking device; something of a fool proof design on the unsuspecting non-knife novice.

yes the knife was ahead of its time
like Joe i dont know why it did not sell better
sure miss it..
