Hey all, attached is a knife i picked up wondering if anybody could shed some light on it

Black wood scales
Tang stamp (for both)
CAMILLUS
CUTLERY CO

Primary blade looks okay, the secondary blade looks to have been sharpened quite a bit
Blades still snap and there is a little side to side when open, i suspect its been repinned, dunno i'm far from an expert.
