Hi Guys,
I think I got pretty lucky yesterday. I was making the rounds at a few pawn shops and in amongst a pile of Junk folders I spotted the little button on one that piqued my interest. Playing it cool I asked to "See it" and opened it as if it were a standard lockback blade by gently allowing it to open with my fingers holding the spring back. I saw "Benchmade" on it and casually asked "What will you take for the folder here?" He says $15.00 and I come back with $10.00, done deal! Yahoo! I got a really nice Spyderco a few months back at the same pawn shop for $20.00! Sometimes its "Just your day"! This thing is a substantial knife and you need to hang onto it when you activate it, it snaps open with authority
Problem is, I dont know that much about benchmade knives, especially their autos. Can anyone tell me a little about this knife? I could not find any model numbers on it anywhere, only the "Benchmade" stamp on one side and ATS-34 & Emerson Design on the other. Any info anyone has to share would be most appreciated! Here are the pics.
Thanks in advance for any info on the knife.
Best Regards,
Jerry
