I picked up this one at an antique store. When I first found it it looked like a lump of rust. It had very heavy rust over the entire surface on both sides and all inside the eye. Did a 36 hr. vinegar bath and gave it the ol wire brush treatment
The only part of the makers mark I can read are two words engraved in two rows that read: LM
TEL
There could be more than two lines but this is all I can make out
