I got my hands on this Strider. I got it second hand for a ripping good deal. Traded it for a ZT 300 I did not like anyhow. Yes YES I know they are fine knives, just not my taste. Anyhow I didn't stick around yacking in case the guy changed his mind. I know this much. It is an SnG CC DGG in black and stone wash finish. I have had it almost a year and absolutely love it. My third Strider. What I do not know is if there is anything unusual about it as far as series. Does anyone know or can identify what generation this is. The blade has the regular "Strider" text on one side and their winged blade logo on the other. there is no stamping of S30V or BOS. Link is to photos. It may well be a regular production piece but I would appreciate any helpful input. Strider haters free free to do your worst as well.

Looks like a regular production SnG DGG, Generation VI (the Hinderer lockbar stabilizer, which was added in Gen. VI, is the giveaway). The lack of a stamp identifying the steel/HT means that it's CPM-S30V, which is the default steel for Strider.

Congrats on having gotten an awesome deal on an awesome knife! Sounds like you've enjoyed it for the year you've had it and will for many more to come.
