Help Idendity Old Schrade Switchblade

I've had this old Schrade switchblade in my possession for about 25 years. It belonged to my great uncle, guessing its 40+ years old. Just looking for a more approximate age, is it collectable, and general information. NOT looking to sell it just looking for some info. Thanks in advance.

That's a model 1514K, first introduced in 1928. All of the old press buttons are VERY collectable, and this one is no exception. Your particular knife is in VERY nice condition. Most all of them had pyralin or celluloid handles of varying colors, although I do have a box that housed a special order of that very model made with stag handles.
