Help idenitifying knife?

Hi there,

I was hoping somebody could help me identify the knife from this photo: https://imgur.com/BCUM2Ai

Unofrtunatly I dont have a better quality photo.

All I know is:
The photo was taken about 10 years ago in Canada by a British traveller.
The knife has a beltt clip on the side of the handle you cant see on this picture.
The knife may be a folding blade but I'm not sure.

At first glance, it did indeed look like the popular M16 but it looks like it has a couple more holes in the handle (than the M16).

I think it's a Gerber EVO or EVO Jr. I got a JR. in a clam pack with a little LED flashlight at Walmart. It was about $8 on Christmas closeout. One of the pocket clip screws is cross threaded and sticks up.
