Hey guys I'm both new to the site and rather new to collecting. I recently purchased a lot of knives from a local auction that included this Parker knife. It has no model number that I can find so I'm having trouble identifying it. The tang is stamped with Parker then an eagle and the usa. It is a single blade lock back with what appear to be smooth white bone or possibly and imitation. Also has a round brass shield with the words Parker a picture of an eagle and usa. It appears to be unused and comes with a leather sheath. Can any one help? Sorry not sure how to use pics yet

It's just one of those Jim Parker knives from the late 1970's and up to the early 1990's. People collect them but they never was a high dollar knife, the market today reflects that in the amount they bring. Most were made in Japan, I don't know if any were made in the USA, but it seems some were. If you go to eBay and look for "Parker knife" you should be able to find something like it. That may give you an idea about what you have.

Thanks! What is the round about value? I actually bought the lot for a Remington knife so I'm just looking to let go of the rest.

Nonpaying members aren't allowed to ask for specific values. But, those Parkers mostly aren't going for much more than they sold for new back 30 years ago. That is if they are in really good shape.
