Help identify a 15 yr old Emerson knife

Was digging around in one of my knife boxes a while back, and came across one I couldn't readily identify. Any assistance would be appreciated.

That's the same model I have, black blade, serrated. I call it my gentleman's tactical. Light weight, unobtrusive till I need it.

I remember when Blade magazine did a story on these before they came out, with the possibility of different handle colors. I really wanted the light blue, orange, and green!

The Raven is a sweet one. Had one for a bit but sold it. Would love to grab a Super Raven with the hidden wave.
