Help Identify a Fathers Day gift!

So for a very late fathers day gift I cleaned up and refurbished one of my dad's old knives for him. I was wondering if any of you know the make a model.

Jk I had no idea what that knife was but it does look quite nice. I really like the Eye Tang Stamp.

whether store or manufacturer, it's located in Germany and is unlikely to be a competitor to any of our dealer members. It's OK by me considering the site location and context of the post.
