Help Identify My Knife

This was given to me as a gift awhile back, obviously it's a Benchmade, but i can't seem to locate a model number. It has the "Bali-Song logo" above the "Benchmade" logo and on the reverse side it says "Elishewitz". I figured "Elishewitz" was the model, but when I google search it I cant find this model. Does anyone own or recognize this knife? Thanks

Thanks for the info, it's been sitting in my closet for atleast 7 years, looks like a well built knife.
