Help Identify My Knife

I bought this knife custom made by "Shadow Protectorate International", or "S.P.I" intl., a Canadian professional soldiers group that provided security, training etc and custom top quality equipment in the 1980's.The company has since disbanded and the 'net yields little to no information about them.
Made of D2 carbon tool steel. A combination of Gurkha "Kukri" and "Bowie" style blades.Handle made of canvas micarta. Blade lenght: 9.5" 15.0" overall.
R.K. Brown of Soldier of Fortune Magazine was presented with a similar version of this blade at convention 1987 (#007).See bottom pic.
I ordered this blade in 1986.It arrived in 1988 too late for use in the field.It has been in storage since. NEVER in the field. Limited number produced.Mine #21 by request.
Does anyone here own one or has seen another like it? Can anyone tell me what it is worth or might sell for?

Nice looking knife! Can you give some dimensions? Blade thickness O/A length. I don't know the answer to your question, though the pommel reminds me of a RTAK II???

if you can authenicate the orgin of this piece it should be a valuable collector to guys that like military blades. one thing seems clear it is very rare. try Bernard Levine section found in this forum.

Thanx for the replies.Blade dimensions are 9.5" length 1/4' thickness and 13/4' at it's widest point.Handle made of canvass micarta.
Right side has company logo (stylized) w/ serial number.
Left side has (different) company logo.
I know of 10 made in either subdued black finish or bright silver presentation finish (Col. (ret) R.K.Brown has #007 silver).
Internet search turns up nothing of value re "S.P.I." inc, only a mention of their courses at SOF convention.
