Can you please help in identifying my Randal?Which model is it?Its blade length is 4"...overall 8 1/2".

The Randall #8 is still made and sells new for about $225 for the stag handled version. You have to figure yours is worth at least that much in NIB condition.
 
STIHL, Another interesting side note is that this is the same model "Francis Gary Powers" was carrying when shot down over Russia in his U-2 spy plane.
