Help identify old broad axe.

Hello y'all. I recently picked up a old hewing/ broad axe at a sale. It's 12" long( blade) and was painted orange. I can just barely make out what looks like warranted or Warranty and there's words before that.and below. I was thinking a Isaiah Blood but not real sure. Any help will be much appreciated. And no it's not for sale! Thanks y'all
