help identify please

I collect axes to refurbish and my grandfather gave me three old ones, I know one is a hulks bruks but its a weird kind and I don't know much about the other two please help.

Well, the Walters (of Walters Axe Company, Hull, PQ (Province of Quebec) Canada) originates sometime between about 1920 to 1973. Most likely early 50s to late 60s when they were 'on a roll' through modernization, increased production and better marketing. There are a lot of miles on your's (overly worn toes) and I don't know if there's enough steel left in the blades to be able to resurrect it. Nice find though!
 
The top one, a claw hatchet, is a Zenith brand from Marshall Wells Hardware, with a similar trademark as shown here:

Walters was a well-known Canadian manufacturer of axes.

That hatchet from Hults Bruk is a hewing hatchet or broad hatchet, with a single bevel, and an example is shown in this old catalog:
