Help Identify Queen City Sockman?

Can anyone help me identify this thing?

I'm sure it's a recent production knife. It has the Queen City script tang stamp on both blades, and the spey is etched 1 of 200. The scales are bright blue-green. Mostly, this thing is HUGE, 4 1/4" closed. Fit and finish are superb.

Up until recently the Queen catalogues were readily available on their website, but I can't seem to find them. Does anyone have links to catalogues?

I think it's probably an end of days knife. When Queen knew they were going to go under, they just started pumping out knives with whatever parts they already had made.
