Help identify these old Busse knives

Argonne assault and a team Gemini. Can't tell you the handle materials or the blade materials. Sorry that's all I got.

I believe you have a Team Gemini Light Brigade and the one with the knuckle guard is an Argonne Assault. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

If you’re looking for a valuation it’s worth mentioning that only Gold members and above can ask for estimated market pricing.

Thanks. I am mainly trying to establish the age of the knives.

Great pair of blades... The Argon Assault Light Brigade is on my Holy Grail list , right behind the War Boar ...

They're what was called urban grey coating I believe. I had an AA with red and black g-10 and black crinkle coat. My hands aren't big enough to hold it comfortably though so I sold it after getting a d-guard battle mistress.

I have the D-Guard battle mistress and love it. I have XXL+ size hands so I think I would like the AA

If the knuckle-knife has a 10” blade, then it is an Argonne Assault Light Brigade from circa 2011. These were available for a period of years so age may vary. It looks like Tanker Gray and Black & Red G-10.

The second knife looks to be a Team Gemini Light Brigade. All TG were 7.75” blades except the Blade 2014 Satin Specials & the TG M. The TGLB was circa 2012 but were also available for a period of years. It is also Tanker Gray with Tan Micarta.

An excellent reference source for Busse Knives is the website bussecollector.com

Hope this helps,

I had an Argonne Assault as well Black Crinkle Coat with Black Micarta but I have regular size hands, not big and not smalll. I prefer large gloves but my hand just didn’t fit well in the grooves. Just a little too big to be comfortable, so I had to move it along. It was beautiful but just not practical to have a knife that expensive that I could never practically use. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase one to try one out in-hand before purchasing.
