Help Identify this German made hatchet

I picked up this hatchet head and would like information on it...whatever you could offer would be great. I cannot get my photos to download. It uses a steel band to keep the handle on using a rivet. It's a light weight "flat" hatchet head with a wire cutter (I think) and a pick on the back side.

the partial stamp on it is:

H.IMHAUSER
ELBERFELD
AHNERBERS
MADE IN GERMANY

This is how it's stamped in the left side. Some of the leading and ending letters are worn. I may have those letters wrong. This is all I can make out.
