help identify this kershaw

I was searching Google kershaw knives when I stumbled upon this thing I am not sure if this is a real kershaw, as the link didn't show the knife anymore, just to a site selling knives, anyone know what this is?

I have a couple of them its kinda strange with no flipper or thumbstuds. Not sure what they were thinking lol. Great blade shape though and comfy

It did come with a display stand, didn't it. So maybe they were just looking at it as more of working art than an edc knife.

Probably like an old slipjoint, by grabbing the blade with your index finger and thumb and guiding it open. It probably wasn't intended as something you'd carry a bunch.
