Help identify this knife?

Attached you will find an image of a folding pocket knife I discovered inside a toolbox given to me by my grandfather. While the detail of the blade is hard to see, I am mostly curious about the handle. Also, on the tang of the blade it reads "Imperial PROV R.I. USA" and on the reverse side has the following numbers "228483 P268940 247985"

Any more information about this knife (Year it was made, that sort of thing) would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I should also point out that this knife also has a saw inside.

I can't tell you anything about the handle, but the knife is an Imperial Fisherman's knife. The other blade isn't a saw, it's for removing fish scales.
