help identify this machete

I was given this machete by my girlfriends mom. it was in her garage and she didn't know much about it. I was hoping you guys could help Identify it and tell me about where it came from.

Not an Imacasa, but a burriquito pattern. I don't recognize the mark, personally.

It does look like the back has an edge on the inside curve. Does it? I saw a similar pattern where the back, inside curve had been added to help crack coconuts open. The curve helped to keep the coconuts from flying away with the chop.
