Looks like the C05 Standard to me. Show us the clip side and we can tell you if it is the Economy or the Standard.
Also, it looks like there is plastic over the stainless like the plastic stuff that you can peel off of a newer SS model. True or is it just wear?

I actually haven't seen it in person. My girlfriend sent me the picture and told me it was one that her Grandfather left to her brother.
