Help identify this rifle sling please

I was re-organizing some firearms and I found this sling and it seems like it was originally on a rifle. Can anyone identify the slang and what it may have been original to?

Looks Warsaw pact. Older than the typical AK one since it doesn't have a hook at the front. Got any East Bloc rifles?
