Help Identify very odd Ka-Bar knive tool ??

From What I have found the only thing I can tell you from the stamp on the blade is that it has been made between 1950-1970. I could not find the specific tool you are looking for.

Looks like a small fish scaler. Can you tell if it was made that way or if it might have been broken or cut down from a larger tool? Is the back edge sharpened?
 
This is right. It's a type of fish knife that was mostly made by Case and related brands (KaBar, Western), etc.... They were made for a quick gutting and scaling I believe.
