Help Identifying a cleaver

I have a cleaver that was in my father in laws old cutlery and I'm having a hard time figuring out how old it is or where it was made the stamp says Argu/Angu Stainless Steal, and on the opposite side it just says "Foreign". There's also 2 brass pins that hold the handle to the tang of the blade, which only goes about half way through the handle itself. There's also a fitted brass ring for hanging the knife up at the base of the handle. Photos coming soon
