Came across this knife and wondered if anyone knew what kind it is. Very small pen knife with blade on one end and a nail file on the other. I can't read the stamp on the tang. Anyone know what this is? Thanks!

Might be (made by Schrade for) Shapleigh Diamond Edge. It would help to show a close up photo of the tang stamp and a photo straight down into the well with blades closed. '40s or later.

Jake may be on to something the overall shape of the tang stamp shape looks like DE but with out a better picture I can't tell for sure.

Can't ID the tang stamp, but suspect the knife may have been made by Camillus.

Here's mine from a box the had stuff in it from both grandfathers. Suspect this was Mom's father's. Circa 1960s Camillus.

Here's a Schrade 793 for comparison to the OP's knife. Tang stamp on OP's knife is probably Shapleigh DE

Didn't have time to type everything previously.... The pattern and cover materials are similar. That's a nice keepsake.

Hey folks. Zoomed in the pic and it def says Shapleigh and in the center has a D.E. Thanks for the help!
