Can anyone out there tell me who might have made this knife, I'm trying to get details so I can sell it for a friend. He's having a hard time remembering who made it and it's not marked. The photo's aren't great. It's a beautiful little knife, 2-1/2" blade, 3-5/16" closed, gold lip mother of pearl scales, basket weave damascus bolsters niter blued blade & back spacer out of same damascus as blade. Any help would be really appreciated. I'm trying to help a friend sell several, When I get all the information on them I'll post them to my available page at dushaneknives.com Thanks again for any help. Dwayne

Maybe this will help....
Some makers can be tricky with their mark placement. Look on the inside of the back spacer, there might be a clue there.
Good Luck.

A Chris Smith or J.W. Smith's son-in-law, so check the tang. If you contacted JW, I'll bet he would know.
