Help identifying a maker's mark on poultry shears

Hello! Do you know who made these poultry shears? They belonged to hubby's grandfather & are probably pretty old. One side has 2 distinctive Ls, but the other side looks suspiciously like a W. I've scoured the internet trying to find what's what about these darned things & it's been snake eyes every time!

Any information as to their provenance would be very much appreciated!! Many thanks!! Annette
