Help identifying and old double bit with no makers make just made in sweden

Hello all,
I just an old double bit with the makings of 2 and 3/4 pound and a real fant make in Sweden mark! Nothing else! And ideas to the maker or possible makers. I have a few old GBA double bits but they are marked with the crown. This one has nothing. Ideas?

It's probably a Stro-Bro imported Gransfors.

I did a bit of cleaning and it had black paint on it not blue. Any ideas? Did stro bro paint there axes black as well?
