Help identifying carpenters axe

Howdy from Atlantic Canada,

First post, here goes. Been buying rusty axe heads and giving them a new life for a while now. Grabbed this carpenters axe at a flea market, after a vinegar bath this is all I can see of the makers mark. Sorry for the shitty picture. Something " ville " and " york " are visible, but that's about it. Any ideas ?
