Help Identifying CRK Harsey

Can someone help me identifying this knife? It really looks like a Pacific with a custom handle but the blade is 7 inches, which does not match at all the 'standard' CRK Pacific.
Is anybody aware of custom Pacific series by B Harsey?

Without paperwork I would think this is a fake given the photo.
